An international workshop on the response of forest ecosystems to climate change will be held between 12^th– 15^thOctober 2017 in Xishuangbanna, Yunnan, China. The aims of this workshop are to bring together the world leaders in ecological science for(1) exchangingthe most recent cutting-edge studies and ideas onthe functions and responses of forest ecosystems to climate change; (2) establishing a new international collaboration networkfor elucidating the adaption and feedback mechanisms of forest ecosystems to regional and global climate change.
